By accessing and using Dentara's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Our services are intended solely for registered dental practices and clinics.

2. Provision of Service

Dentara provides AI-powered front desk automation services, including but not limited to voice agents and chatbots. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our service complies with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including medical and telecommunications laws.

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a recurring subscription basis. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.
