Refund Policy

At Dentara, we provide complex, custom-engineered AI voice solutions for dental practices. Because significant engineering resources, cloud infrastructure, and telecommunications provisioning are dedicated to your account immediately upon sign-up, we enforce a strict refund policy.

1. General Rule: No "Change of Mind" Refunds

We do not offer refunds for "buyer's remorse," changes of mind, or failure to utilize the platform. Once a subscription is active or a setup fee is paid, the transaction is generally considered final and non-refundable.

2. Setup Fees

Setup fees cover the manual labor, prompt engineering, and infrastructure provisioning required to train and deploy your custom AI voice agent. Setup fees are strictly non-refundable once the onboarding process has commenced.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

Your monthly subscription fees cover server hosting, API access, and telecommunication lines. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, we do not issue prorated refunds for partial months. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. The Exception: Platform Failure

If you believe you have experienced a total platform failure, you must submit a technical support ticket detailing the outage. If we verify that the failure was on our end and could not be mitigated, we may issue a prorated refund for the affected billing period at our sole discretion.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We kindly request that you contact our support team to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Fraudulent chargebacks or chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in immediate suspension of your account and permanent ban from the Service.
